Thursday, June 21st
Convention Opening Reception
Start the Convention with an opening reception and hors d’oeuvres at the Menger Hotel (cash bar).
Friday, June 22nd
The convention will start with light breakfast, business meetings and two paper presentations. Lunch, afternoon and evening are open for touring (step on/off bus available and there are 15 restaurants available within two blocks of the hotel).
Saturday, June 23rd
Convention, Reception and Paxton Banquet
The day begins with with light breakfast, business meetings and two paper presentations. Lunch and the afternoon are open for touring (step on/off bus available). An evening reception and white glove dinner will be held at the Witte Natural History Museum with the Paxton Award winner presentation (transportation provided).
Member Convention fee covers breakfasts on Friday and Saturday and activities for one attendee for Thursday evening reception, Friday and Saturday, June 21-23, 2018. Spouse/Significant Other Convention fee covers Thursday evening reception and Saturday evening banquet (with transportation). Guests register separately for hotel. Final registration is June 1, 2018, and payment is due at registration. Register online at: torch2018.com/registration-form.

Payments can be made securely online or by mail. Instructions can be found on the registration forms.

Registration Badge and Check-in
You will be able to pick up your badge and Convention materials at the Menger Hotel starting on Thursday, June 21st, from 3PM – 8PM, or Friday and Saturday from 8AM – 11AM. A photo ID is required to receive your badge.
