Thursday, June 21st
Convention, Opening Reception and Buffet Dinner
Start the Convention with an opening reception at the Menger Hotel (cash bar).
Friday, June 22nd
Convention, Reception and Dinner
The convention will start with light breakfast, then business meetings, presentations and lunch followed by presentations. The mid-afternoon is open for touring (step on/off bus available), followed by an evening reception and dinner at Sunset Station with a presentation (transportation provided).
Saturday, June 23rd
Convention, Reception and Paxton Banquet
The day begins with with light breakfast, business meeting, presentations and lunch followed by presentations. The mid-afternoon is open for touring (step on/off bus available), followed by an evening reception and white glove dinner at the Witte Natural History Museum with Paxton Award winner presentation (transportation provided).
Sunday, June 24th
Non-Denomination Church Service and Brunch
Join us for a non-denominational church service followed by a Farewell Brunch at Menger Hotel.
Full Convention fee covers meals and activities for one attendee for Thursday evening, Friday, Saturday and Sunday (brunch), June 21-24, 2018. Guests register separately for hotel. Breakfast included. Final registration is May 21, 2018, and payment is due at registration. Register online at: torch2018.com/registration-form.

Registration Badge and Check-in
You will be able to pick up your badge and Convention materials at the Menger Hotel starting on Thursday, June 21st, from 5PM – 8PM, or Friday and Saturday from 9 AM – 5 PM. A photo ID is required to receive your badge.
